- Communicate with stakeholders on project progress, risks, and opportunities.

- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for engineering projects.

- Assess and address the business impact of technical decisions.

Requirements And Skills :

- Proven work experience as a Senior Engineering Manager or in a senior technical leadership role.

- Minimum 12 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in engineering management.

- Strong background in software architecture, development, and system design.

- Exposure to project management and agile delivery methodologies.

- In-depth understanding of coding languages and development frameworks.

- Expertise in operating systems, databases, IT infrastructure, and cloud platforms.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters preferred).
