Engineering Manager/Senior Engineering Manager Frontend (Web & Mobile)

Technical Requirements :

We're looking for professionals with hands-on experience in :

- Flutter

- React.js

- Next.js

- JavaScript

- Tailwind CSS

What we're looking for :

- 5 to 7 years of overall software engineering experience

- Strong hands-on Flutter experience

- Strong experience building both Web and Mobile applications

- Experience leading and mentoring frontend engineers

- Passion for building scalable, high-performance consumer products

- Ability to work in a fast-paced product environment

- Must be comfortable being hands-on with code and architecture

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable mobile and web applications that meet rigorous quality standards.

- Define the technical roadmap and architectural strategy for Flutter and React.js ecosystems to ensure long-term maintainability and performance.

- Collaborate with product and design leadership to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications that drive user value.

- Manage resource allocation and project timelines to ensure the timely delivery of critical features while maintaining a healthy work-life balance for your team.

- Drive the professional development of engineers through regular feedback, coaching, and career path planning to build a high-retention, high-output organization.
