Role : Senior Engineering Manager - C# / .NET

13 - 18 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in people management/team leadership.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager with strong expertise in C# and .NET to lead engineering teams, drive technical initiatives, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise combined with proven experience in people management, engineering leadership, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers.

- Drive end-to-end delivery of engineering projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.

- Provide technical guidance and contribute to architecture and design decisions.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, engineering best practices, and development processes.

- Drive improvements in system performance, scalability, reliability, and development efficiency.

- Conduct performance reviews and support the professional growth of team members.

- Manage team capacity, resource allocation, and project priorities.

- Build and maintain a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 13 - 18 years of overall software engineering experience.

- Strong experience in C# and .NET / .NET Core.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, design, and development practices.

- Experience building and managing scalable software applications.

- Minimum 3 years of people management/team leadership experience.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to balance technical leadership with people and project management responsibilities.

Work Model :

Hybrid : 2 days Work From Office + 3 days Work From Home.
