Role Overview :

As a Senior Engineering Manager for Backend, you will lead high-performing engineering teams to design and deploy sophisticated backend architectures that integrate artificial intelligence into core business workflows. You will bridge the gap between technical strategy and execution, working closely with product managers, data scientists, and cross-functional leadership to ensure our platforms remain performant and reliable.
