Senior Engineering Manager - AWS

Job Details :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage one or more platform engineering teams (cloud, DevOps, AWS Migration, Data Engineering).

- Own delivery, reliability, and evolution of platform capabilities used across multiple product teams.

- Partner closely with Architects, Product Teams, Engineering Teams to define and execute the platform

roadmap.

- Establish strong engineering practices around availability, security, performance, cost optimization, and automation.

- Drive agile execution, sprint planning, and predictable delivery while maintaining a high engineering bar.

- Act as a technical escalation point for platform-related incidents and cross-team dependencies.

Required Qualifications :

- 10 to 20 years of software or platform engineering experience, with 3+ years in people management.

- Strong hands-on background in cloud platforms, distributed systems, or DevOps/platform engineering.

- Experience running multi-team, shared platforms used by internal engineering customers.

- Solid understanding of SDLC, agile practices, reliability engineering, and operational metrics.
