Role Overview :

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor multiple engineering teams responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our core platform and services. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define the technical roadmap, ensure high-quality deliverables, and drive innovation. Your work will directly impact the scalability, reliability, and performance of our platform, enabling us to deliver exceptional experiences to our users and drive significant business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement to enhance team performance and individual growth.

- Collaborate with product management and architecture teams to define and execute the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.

- Drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems using Java, Spring, and AWS to meet the growing demands of our platform.

- Oversee the implementation of best practices for software development, testing, and deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables and minimizing technical debt.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks, proactively addressing potential issues to ensure the stability and security of our platform.

- Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, utilizing metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize system performance.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Proven expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems using Java and Spring framework.

- Deep understanding of cloud computing principles and experience with AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
