Senior Engineering Manager

Job Description :

As a Senior Engineering Manager at Fibr, you'll lead one of our most mission-critical engineering teams. You'll be responsible not just for shipping code, but for building a team that ships code like no other.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and grow a high-caliber engineering team across full-stack and ML domains.

- Drive engineering execution for Fibr's core Agent Engine and Web Intelligence Platform.

- Translate our product and research goals into scalable technical architecture.

- Partner with Product, Design, and Founders to ship experiments and infrastructure quickly.

- Uphold strong engineering standards: clean code, code reviews, velocity, and ownership.

- Actively mentor engineers, support career growth, and build a strong engineering culture.

- Balance short-term speed with long-term maintainability and system design.

- Influence technical direction across the org, and collaborate with leadership on vision.

Requirements :

- 7+ years of total engineering experience, including 2+ years leading teams.

- Deep expertise in building distributed systems, APIs, or large-scale data pipelines.

- Proven experience in fast-paced startup environments (01 or hypergrowth phases).

- Ability to drive clarity and decisions with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Passion for experimentation, iteration, and clean execution.
