Role Overview :

We are looking for a senior-most engineering leader who can own and build the entire technology ecosystem from scratch.

This role requires a hands-on builder with strong product thinking, capable of making foundational technology decisions and scaling systems globally.

Key Responsibilities :

1. End-to-End Product Ownership :

- Architect and build 0- 1 platform from scratch

- Own complete system design across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure

- Translate business vision into scalable technical solutions

2. Platform Development

- Build scalable systems such as :

a. Marketplace / discovery platform

b. Portfolio & asset management systems

c. CRM and client experience platforms

d. Transaction, payment, and logistics workflows

3. Architecture & Scalability :

- Define robust, scalable, and secure architecture

- Build for global performance, reliability, and scale

- Establish engineering best practices and standards

4. Team Building :

- Hire and scale the engineering team

- Set culture, processes, and technical direction

- Mentor engineers and drive high-performance execution

5. Strategic Leadership :

- Work closely with founders and stakeholders

- Drive product and technology roadmap

- Bring strong opinions on product, UX, and innovation

Required Skills & Experience :

Must-Have :

- 10+ years of experience in building and scaling software products

- Proven experience in end-to-end product development (0- 1 or early-stage)

- Strong expertise across fullstack development (frontend + backend)

- Deep understanding of :

a. System design & architecture

b. APIs and distributed systems

c. Databases (relational and non-relational)

- Cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices

Tech Stack (Flexible) :

- Open to any modern technology stack

- Ability to choose, justify, and evolve the right tech stack based on product needs

- Strong fundamentals over specific languages/frameworks

Preferred :

- Experience building :

a. Marketplaces / platforms

b. Scalable consumer or SaaS products

c. Startup or founding engineer experience

d. Exposure to data-driven systems / personalization / AI
