For a Global IT conglomerate (permanent position), We are seeking a hands-on Senior Frontend Architect to lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of our enterprise-grade component library and design system. This role involves owning frontend architecture, mentoring a guild of senior engineers, and collaborating with design, product, platform, and DevOps teams to build a versioned UI platform focused on speed, quality, accessibility, and maintainability.

The architect will define and evolve the technical roadmap for component libraries, design tokens, theming, and micro-frontend integration while establishing governance around versioning, releases, and deprecation.

- Responsibilities include developing reusable React and TypeScript components, maintaining Storybook with accessibility and visual regression tests, and automating CI/CD pipelines with linting, testing, and security checks.

- The role also covers defining contracts between micro-frontends and BFF layers, ensuring non-functional excellence across accessibility, performance, and security, and using monitoring tools like Sentry or New Relic for continuous improvement.

- The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in large-scale React and TypeScript development, at least 3 years in architectural leadership for design systems, deep JavaScript expertise, and proven CI/CD automation experience.

- Preferred skills include Docker-based environments, micro-frontend deployments, Fastify or Express BFF ownership, production monitoring, and familiarity with design-token pipelines, with bonus points for public speaking or thought leadership contributions.
