Senior Engineer / Mid Engineer - Test (Manual + Automation)

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office + 2 Days Work from Home)

Role Summary :

We are seeking experienced Test Engineers with strong expertise in Manual Testing, UI Automation, and Test Framework Development using Playwright with C#. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable automation frameworks, ensuring product quality through structured testing strategies, and driving defect prevention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases.

- Build and maintain UI automation frameworks using Playwright with C#.

- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing.

- Develop and implement effective test strategies and test plans.

- Ensure high product quality through functional, regression, and integration testing.

- Participate in requirement analysis and provide testability feedback.

Automation & Framework Development :

- Design scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.

- Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines.

- Optimize automation coverage and execution efficiency.

Quality Engineering & Defect Prevention :

- Drive root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure early defect detection.

- Implement best practices in quality engineering and continuous testing.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong experience in Manual Testing and Test Case Design

- Hands-on experience in UI Automation

- Expertise in Playwright with C#

- Experience building or enhancing Automation Test Frameworks

- Knowledge of Cross-browser testing methodologies

- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies

- Experience in Test Strategy and Test Planning

Good to Have Skills :

- Exposure to AppScan (Security Testing)

- Experience working with SonarQube (Code Quality & Static Analysis)

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar

- Knowledge of performance testing or API automation

Soft Skills & Competencies :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills

- Ability to work in an Agile / Scrum environment

- Proactive approach toward quality improvement

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or equivalent
