We are seeking a skilled OT Cybersecurity Senior Engineer/Engineer for a high-profile project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design & commissioning of the OT cybersecurity projects, ensuring effective communication and coordination with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Coordinate and oversee on-site commissioning activities for the OT cybersecurity project.

- Liaise effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations.

- Ensure compliance with international and Saudi-specific cybersecurity standards.

- Develop and implement cybersecurity measures for OT environments, including SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and HMIs.

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices from Belden and Cisco, and firewalls such as Fortinet.

- Utilize tools like Acronis Cyber Protect for backup and recovery, NetOp for remote access, Trellix ePO for endpoint protection, Kiwi Syslog for log management, SIEM SPLUNK and Nozomi Networks for OT network monitoring.

- Implement hardening measures for servers and workstations, including Linux systems, following best practices as per CIS controls

- Coordinate, and collect evidence for the compliances as required for the NCA audits

- Ready to travel to site and work from site locations across Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in OT cybersecurity roles.

- Site experience of implementing OT cybersecurity for critical infrastructure is must

- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, CompTIA PenTest+, or EC-Council

CEH, are required. IEC 62443, GICSP, GRID are good to have.

- Strong understanding of industrial control systems (Utilities) and protocols (e.g., IEC101/104, Modbus, DNP3, OPC).

- Hands-on experience with networking equipment like layer 2 and layer 3 switches and routers, firewalls like Fortinet. Hardening experience for Windows and Linus in OT environment

- Proficiency in using tools like Acronis Cyber Protect, NetOp, Trellix ePO, Kiwi Syslog, and Nozomi Networks.

- Good Knowledge of NCA ECC, OTCC, CIS Controls and IEC62443

- Experience in hardening servers and workstations, including Linux systems, following best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
