Senior Engineer - CRM

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced n8n Engineer to join our automation and workflow team. The candidate will design, implement, and manage automated workflows using n8n, integrate multiple systems, and ensure scalable, secure, and efficient automation pipelines. You will also manage n8n server setup (self-hosted/MCP), monitoring, and troubleshooting for production-grade deployments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Integrate n8n with multiple third-party APIs, databases, CRMs, and SaaS applications.

- Setup, configure, and maintain n8n self-hosted servers, Docker, and MCP (Managed Cloud Platform) deployments.

- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of n8n workflows and servers.

- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for n8n workflows and servers.

- Troubleshoot workflow failures, API issues, and server-level problems.

- Automate repetitive tasks and optimize business processes using workflow automation.

- Collaborate with product, dev, and data teams to deliver seamless integration solutions.

- Document workflow design, API integrations, and server architecture for future maintenance.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- n8n : Advanced knowledge of workflow automation, triggers, nodes, error handling, and custom nodes.

- Server & Deployment : n8n self-hosted setup, MCP server, Docker, Kubernetes,

AWS/GCP/Azure deployment.

- API Integration : REST, GraphQL, Webhooks, OAuth, and integrating multiple SaaS platforms.

- Database Knowledge : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and other storage solutions.

- Security & Monitoring : User authentication, API security, SSL/TLS setup, logging, alerting, and

error handling.

- Cloud & DevOps : CI/CD pipelines, server scaling, backups, and automation best practices.

- Problem-Solving : Ability to debug complex workflows and optimize automation processes.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with custom n8n nodes development.

- Knowledge of workflow orchestration platforms and business process automation (BPA).

- Familiarity with integration with AI/ML pipelines.

- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers in automation best practices.
