Senior Engineer - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models

- Work closely with stakeholders to identify business problems that can be solved using AI/ML

- Architect scalable ML solutions and guide the team through experimentation, prototyping, and production deployment

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and ensure best practices in ML workflows and software engineering

- Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions

- Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in the AI/ML ecosystem

- Ensure performance, accuracy, and reliability of deployed models through monitoring and continuous improvement

- Own project delivery timelines and manage sprint planning, resource allocation, and task distribution

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

- 48 years of experience in building and deploying ML models in real-world applications

- Proficient in Python and ML libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit learn, etc.

- Solid understanding of algorithms in supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning

- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML Ops practices

- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills with the ability to take ownership

Nice to Have :

- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or time-series analysis

- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and model deployment pipelines

- Contributions to open-source projects or published research

- Experience managing a team or leading cross-functional projects
