Senior Endpoint Support Engineer.

Job Requirement :

- At least 4 to 6 years experience in End point windows patching.

- Good knowledge in ManageEngine Endpoint Central and WSUS.

- Handling End point devices patch management, via ManageEngine Endpoint Central and WSUS.

- Check on the Qualys report and contact users whose machines are not compliant with windows updates (monthly patches).

- Responsible for all patching related issues, address VA timely to meet SLA.

- Creating and working on MetricStream tickets pertaining to VA.

- Coordinating with all subsidiaries and creating a monthly asset Inventory/charge back report.

- Accountable for the Onboarding / Offboarding users for ODC location.

- Collecting hash keys from brand new laptop to get it uploaded into Intune for device Enrolment into Intune through (Autopilot devices).

- Supporting ODC users who are facing issues with software and hardware issue.

- Service Now Request Fulfilment.

- Good Intune knowledge added advantage.
