Job Summary :

- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-scale EUC solutions.

- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, SCCM/MECM, Intune, Ivanti AppSense, PowerShell, Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender, with a focus on performance, security, and exceptional end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and manage Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (Citrix DaaS, XenApp, NetScaler, StoreFront, Director) in large enterprise environments.

- Implement and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365 (W365), and Azure Virtual Machines for cloud-based EUC solutions.

- Administer SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Ivanti AppSense for application deployment, patching, and endpoint lifecycle management.

- Manage and optimize Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Microsoft Defender for identity, access, and endpoint security.

- Design and maintain OS Deployment (OSD) solutions, including image management and automation.

- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate EUC operations and improve efficiency.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve performance, availability, and security issues across EUC platforms.

- Provide Level 3 support for complex incidents and service requests.

- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams to ensure seamless EUC integration.

- Stay updated on emerging EUC technologies and recommend best practices for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- Experience in End User Computing (EUC) engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience with Citrix DaaS, XenApp, NetScaler, StoreFront, Director, and virtual desktop environments.

- Proven experience with Azure AVD, Windows 365, Azure VMs, and cloud-based EUC solutions.

- Expertise in SCCM/MECM, Intune, and endpoint management tools.

- Strong knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Microsoft Defender.

- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.

- Solid experience in OS deployment (OSD), image management, and application packaging.

- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications :

- Citrix Certified Associate / Expert (CCA-V / CCE-V)

- Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator / Intune Specialist

- Other relevant EUC or Cloud certifications
