Senior EMR & Data Integration Engineer

We are a fast-growing healthtech company helping doctors care for patients remotely through Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and value-based care programs. We work with clinics across the US and integrate directly with leading Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) - including Epic, eClinicalWorks (eCW), Cerner, athenahealth, and others - to make patient care smoother and more effective.

Job Summary :

We're looking for a smart, hands-on engineer who can :

- Design our data system so it's easy to store, search, and report healthcare information.

- Build connections with EMRs (Epic, eCW, Cerner, athenahealth, and others) to bring patient data into the platform and send reports back.

- Make a real impact on patient care by ensuring doctors have the right data at the right time.

What You'll Do :

- Design and maintain our database for RPM, CCM, and value-based care programs.

- Pull patient demographics, vitals, and care plans from EMRs into the platform.

- Push monthly reports (PDF/CCD) and discrete results back into EMRs so they appear in the patient's chart.

- Keep all data secure and compliant with US healthcare rules (HIPAA).

- Work closely with our product and clinical teams to ensure data is accurate and reliable.

What We're Looking For :

- 5-9 years of experience in data engineering, healthcare IT, or systems integration.

- Strong skills in SQL and database design.

- Experience with healthcare data standards like FHIR or HL7.

- Programming experience in Python, Java, or Node.js.

- Interest in learning US healthcare compliance and interoperability rules.
