Senior Embedded Systems Consultant Device Integration & IoT Solutions.

Location : Bengaluru, India (On-site).

Experience : 9+ years in Embedded Systems Design & IoT Integration.

About the Role :

Were seeking an experienced Senior Embedded Systems Consultant to lead device integration and IoT solution initiatives for next-generation connected systems in the agri-tech and hardware integration domain.

This role involves developing, optimizing, and seamlessly integrating embedded systems with existing hardware such as milk analyzers and weighing machines ensuring reliability, connectivity, and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Embedded Systems Architecture & Development :

- Design and develop embedded systems using Raspberry Pi Pico, ESP32, and FreeRTOS.

- Program in Embedded C and Embedded Python for efficient, scalable applications.

Device Integration & Communication Protocols :

- Implement and manage USB, RS-232, UART, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth (BLE 5.0) communication.

- Ensure flawless interoperability and data flow between hardware devices.

IoT Connectivity & System Integration :

- Develop IoT connectivity solutions using technologies like LoRa and BLE.

- Integrate embedded systems with mobile and web applications via APIs.

Power & Data Management :

- Design power-efficient systems and battery management solutions.

- Implement secure data storage and transmission strategies.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration :

- Lead system troubleshooting, testing, and innovation initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones and deliverables.

Primary Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.

- 12+ years of direct experience in embedded system design & IoT development.

- Expertise with FreeRTOS, Embedded C, Embedded Python.

- Strong command of communication protocols (USB, UART, RS-232, Wi-Fi, LoRa, BLE 5.0).

- Proven experience with hardware integration (milk analyzers, weighing systems).

Desired Attributes :

- Experience in dairy tech or precision measurement devices.

- Familiarity with industry standards & compliance frameworks.
