Senior Dynamics CRM Engineer

Position : Dynamics CRM Developer (Python & AI)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics CRM solutions tailored to investment workflows such as fundraising, deal tracking, and portfolio monitoring.

- Design, develop, and maintain custom modules, plugins, and workflows in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

- Customize entities, forms, views, and dashboards to align with business and investment processes.

- Integrate Dynamics CRM with external tools and services using APIs, webhooks, and custom connectors.

- Implement business process flows, role-based security, and data validation within the CRM system.

- Build and maintain CRM dashboards, alerts, and monitoring tools for investment data.

- Support CRM integration with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

- Collaborate with data engineering teams for ETL processes using tools like Alteryx, Talend, or custom Python scripts.

- Automate document ingestion, extraction, classification, and reporting workflows across various formats (PDF, CSV, Excel).

- Build dashboards, alerts, and monitoring tools to track investment and document data quality and flow.

- Develop, customize & maintain Dynamics CRM solutions with Python & AI integrations.

- Build dashboards, alerts & monitoring tools for document/investment data.

- Support integration with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) & ETL processes (Alteryx, Talend, Python).

- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance in investment contexts.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of total IT experience, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

- Strong knowledge of :

1. Dynamics CRM customization, plugin development, and workflow configuration

2. CRM use in investment workflows fundraising, deal pipeline, and portfolio tracking

- Proficient in Python for scripting, automation, and integration.

- Experience with AI/ML tools including Tesseract OCR, Azure Form Recognizer, Google Document AI ChatGPT/OpenAI, NLP models such as BERT or LayoutLM

- Data transformation and ingestion from Excel, CSV, PDF, APIs, or SFTP sources.
