Senior D365 Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales
Strong understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of D365 Customer Engagement, with a focus on sales process automation.

Key Responsibilities :

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand insurance sales processes and translate them into D365 configurations.
Configure and customize D365 for Sales, including workflows, business rules, dashboards, and integrations.
Lead data migration, security setup, and user access management.
Provide training and support to the sales team for optimal adoption of D365 CRM.
Collaborate with developers for any required customizations, Power Automate workflows, and integrations with third-party applications.
Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements :

10+ years of experience as a D365 CRM Consultant with expertise in D365 for Sales.
Strong knowledge of insurance sales processes and CRM best practices.
Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), JavaScript, and Plugins.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Ability to lead end-to-end implementation and training sessions.
