Role Overview :

As a Senior Digital Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and visual design of our digital products. You'll be collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and engaging interfaces. Your work will directly impact user satisfaction, product adoption, and ultimately, the success of our business. You will be a key contributor to maintaining a high standard of design excellence across all our digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design process from concept to execution, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, ensuring our products are user-centered and effective.

- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital products, promoting a unified brand experience.

- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and advocating for user-centered design principles.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in UI/UX design principles and methodologies, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.

- Proficiency in Figma and Sketch, with a deep understanding of design tools and workflows.

- Proven ability to apply design thinking principles to solve complex problems and create innovative solutions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and the ability to translate research findings into actionable design insights.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

- 10-15 years of relevant experience in UI/UX and Product Design.
