Senior DevOps Engineer - Linux/Windows Server

Experience : 4-10 years.

JD :

As a senior DevOps Engineer, you will maintain and operate all 3DX environments. For the 3DX backend the OS is Linux and for the database it is Oracle. Windows & Windows Server is used for the fat client components. Ansible and GitHub are used for the CI/CD Toolchain. All this run on BMW On Prem infrastructure, except some 3DX sandboxes which run on AWS. This role also involves closely collaborating with development teams.

- Maintaining and operating the 3DX environments (1x Prod On Prem, 1x INT On Prem, several DEV On Prem, several Sandbox On Prem, 3x 3DX stages in the AWS Cloud).

- implementation of 3DX release upgrades.

- Setup new 3DX environments.

- Installation of new 3DX components (backend / client).

- Administration Oracle DB, Linux & Windows & Windows Server, Storage, Backup.

- Establishing interfaces (e. IAM, Active Directory, People & Organization, License server).

- Implement security policies and procedures.

- Scalability and reliability engineering.

- Software packaging of CATIA 3DX (.msi).

- Software Rollout Management.

- Maintaining and operating the CI/CD toolchain (ansible playbooks / GitHub Repository).

- CT (e. Selenium, UFT).

- Buildup, maintain and operating event monitors for Infrastructure / 3DX platform / applications (e. Nagios, Grafana).

- Incident/Problem/Defect Management.

- Consult and support for migrations of applications and interfaces to the new 3DX Platform.

Must have technical skill :

- 5-8 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in infrastructure and platform projects.

- Strong dedication to Quality (operational excellence, code, workflows).

- Strong skills in infrastructure (automation), IaC (Terraform), Ansible, Linux, Oracle, Azure, AWS.

- Extensive Knowledge of 3DX Platform / CATIA 3DX / CATIA V5 POWER`BY.

- Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Good to have Technical skills :

- ITSM, ServiceNow Release management, Change.

- Oracle DB.

- Linux system administration (basic Linux programming).

- Agile Jira.
