Responsibilities :

- 3+ years of hands-on DevOps or Platform Engineering experience

- Proven track record managing Kubernetes optimization projectsspecifically architecting and tuning Karpenter and KEDA for production workloads.

- Hands-on experience configuring and tuning Karpenter provisioners: defining provisioner constraints, node templates, and consolidation settings.

- Strong background creating and tuning KEDA ScaledObject/ScaledJob resources: selecting triggers (Kafka, Azure Service Bus, Prometheus), configuring polling/interval parameters, and implementing custom scalers when necessary.

- Proficiency in CI/CD toolchains (Argo CD, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and infrastructure as code (Terraform) for provisioning Kubernetes clusters and autoscaling controllers.

- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS EKS, GKE, AKS, or self-managed) and Linux networking/storage components (CNI plugins, CSI drivers).

- Demonstrated ability to measure and optimize cost: tracking node utilization, rightsizing instance families, and leveraging spot or preemptible instances via Karpenter.

- Exceptional project management and organizational skillsable to juggle multiple customer engagements and ensure each meets SLA commitments.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting technical optimization strategies to both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.

- Customer-centric mindset: adept at guiding client teams through change management and ensuring high satisfaction.
