Role : We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to help refine our development processes and infrastructure, bringing the latest tools, technologies, and methodologies to our team. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who can manage their time and priorities efficiently while contributing to scalable, reliable, and secure systems.

As a senior member of the team, youll collaborate across engineering and operations to streamline CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, and drive innovation in our cloud-native architecture - primarily leveraging AWS.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Own and manage tasks on the DevOps roadmap, ensuring timely delivery

- Architect, maintain, and support large-scale, distributed cloud infrastructure

- Manage container orchestration using ECS and EKS

- Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI)

- Design and manage containerization solutions with Docker and Kubernetes

- Maintain comprehensive infrastructure documentation and monitoring systems

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment reliability and velocity

- Ensure best practices in system architecture, scalability, and cloud security

- Support and maintain live production environments

MUST HAVES :

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles

- Strong background in cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS or Azure

- Expertise in containerization and orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell

- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Ansible

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI)

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Datadog, Logstash, Kibana

- Strong grasp of systems architecture, deployment automation, and performance optimization

- Prior experience working in cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

NICE TO HAVES :

- Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing

- Knowledge of cloud security best practicesIAM, encryption, network security

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles

- Exposure to tools like CloudFormation, AppMesh, or AWS Lambda
