Senior DevOps Engineer - IAC Terraform

Role : Senior DevOps Engineer | Location : Bangalore | Experience : 68 Years

We are hiring an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead automation, improve deployment pipelines, and enhance infrastructure performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and automate build, testing, and deployment processes.

- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to support fast and dependable software releases.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

- Set up and manage monitoring and logging using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or similar platforms.

- Integrate security best practices (DevSecOps) including IAM, vulnerability checks, and secrets management.

- Support and optimize AWS cloud environments for scalable application performance.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high availability.

- Create and maintain technical documentation (processes, configurations, troubleshooting guides).

- Lead incident management and root cause analysis.

- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps.

- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, KSH etc.).

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with AWS cloud services.

- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).

- Hands-on with Git-based source control management (Bitbucket/Github).

- Experience with HashiCorp Vault or equivalent secrets management tools.

- Solid understanding of networking, system administration, and security practices.
