Senior DevOps Engineer - IAC Terraform

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

- Ensure infrastructure is robust, secure, and aligned with industry best practices through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

2. Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) :

- Develop and manage efficient CI/CD pipelines to streamline software release cycles.

- Work hand-in-hand with development teams to embed CI/CD into every stage of the SDLC.

3. Cloud Infrastructure Management :

- Architect, deploy, and optimize cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Monitor and tune cloud usage to ensure performance and cost efficiency.

4. Monitoring & Logging :

- Implement effective monitoring and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.

- Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain system stability and performance.

5. Security & Compliance :

- Enforce security best practices for infrastructure, ensuring alignment with fintech industry standards.

- Partner with security teams to perform audits and maintain regulatory compliance.

6. Leadership & Collaboration :

- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, operations, and security teams to drive DevOps excellence.

Qualifications :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or a related discipline.

- Proven expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong command of infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or

CloudFormation.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Excellent scripting skills (Shell, Python, Ruby, etc.).

- Demonstrated knowledge of security and compliance standards, especially in the fintech

domain.

- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
