Senior DevOps Engineer - CI/CD Tools

Roles & Responsibilities :

DevOps :

- Define and implement DevOps strategy and roadmap

- Drive automation, CI/CD optimization, and cloud-native adoption

TechOps :

- Manage Office 365, OT infrastructure, and system operations

SecOps :

- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR

- Manage BCP, disaster recovery, and risk controls

Infrastructure Management :

- Lead scalable and secure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Implement Docker/Kubernetes for container orchestration

Collaboration :

- Align Dev, QA, IT, and Security teams

- Deliver secure, high-quality, and resilient deployments

Skills Required:

- Minimum 6+ years of relevant hands-on development experience across backend, APIs, and architecture (preferably with SaaS platforms).

- Proven experience building and scaling mission-critical, high-availability platforms.

- Strong experience in both Greenfield application development and legacy modernization.

- Exposure to or experience working with AI/ML platforms, models, or data pipelines.

- Background working in startups or fast-scaling tech environments.

- Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native

architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to lead customer-facing technical meetings and influence stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a product-oriented mindset.

- 6+ years in software development, operations, or infrastructure

- Proven DevOps experience in fast-paced environments

- Hands-on with AWS (ECS), Office 365, Docker, Kubernetes

- Proficient in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)

- Skilled in IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)

- Strong scripting (Python, Bash) and network/security knowledge

- Experience with DevSecOps, monitoring (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana)

- Familiar with Agile and ISO 27001 standards

- AWS certification is a plus
