At Botsync, we are revolutionizing industrial automation by making automation more accessible and agile. We are looking for a high-performance DevOps Engineer to join our fast-paced startup environment and take charge of setting up build pipelines, managing deployments, and leading our DevOps processes from scratch.

Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for syncOS and AMR software.

- Work with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and similar tools to streamline deployments.

- Automate build processes for Linux environments and containerized applications (Docker/Podman).

- Develop and maintain installation scripts for on-premise deployments.

- Deploy and manage services using Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, and Podman.

- Optimize containerized workloads for robotic software applications.

- Set up and manage on-premise installations for Botsync's syncOS software and AMR software.

- Work with Linux build systems to create efficient software pipelines.

- Lead and mentor a team of two Software Development Engineers (SDEs).

- Guide team members in DevOps best practices and Python coding.

- Collaborate with a global, fast-moving team, adapting to evolving requirements.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Software Build & Deployment.

- Strong expertise in Docker, Docker Compose, Podman, and Kubernetes.

- Experience in Linux build systems & automation.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

- Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting.

- Experience managing a small team (2-3 engineers).

- Ability to set up processes from scratch in a high-paced startup environment.

- Willing to travel occasionally to Singapore.
