ClrSlate is building a cloud agnostic Platform Engineering product that fuses Kubernetes, DevOps tooling and workflow automation so startups and mid size companies can ship secure, scalable software faster without needing a bench of cloud experts. What youll do :

- Design & implement backend services in C#/.NET 9 (and occasional Python/Node.js scripts)

- Deploy, monitor and optimize Kubernetes workloads (EKS or AKS)

- Own CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines or similar) for daily releases

- Leverage AWS or Azure primitives for performance, security and cost efficiency

- Collaborate with founders on feature roadmap, UX flows and customer feedback

- Champion best practices: code quality, observability, security

Must haves :

- 4+ years building backend services in C#/.NET (Core/6/7/8)

- Hands on Kubernetes experience: deployments, scaling, troubleshooting

- Production familiarity with AWS or Azure managed services

- Solid CI/CD know how (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, etc.)

- Strong communicator who owns features end to end

Nice to haves :

- Scripting in Python or Node.js; React for internal tools

- Exposure to workflow engines (e.g., Elsa), GitOps (Argo CD/Tekton)

- Experience with observability (OpenTelemetry, Loki, Tempo) or security tooling (Trivy, Falco)
