Description :
We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in AWS services, Terraform, and observability tools. In this role, youll design, automate, and manage infrastructure and deployment pipelines in a modern cloud-native environment. You will work closely with Cloud Engineering (CE) and cross-functional teamsincluding client stakeholdersto deliver secure, scalable, and reliable cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
CI/CD & Infrastructure as Code :
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Build and manage scalable, reusable infrastructure using Terraform.
AWS Cloud Engineering :
- Provision and administer core AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudFront.
- Configure and manage AWS networking and security in line with industry best practices.
Observability & Incident Management :
- Implement and manage monitoring and logging using tools such as CloudWatch and New Relic.
- Configure and maintain OpsGenie for on-call rotations and incident response workflows.
Collaboration & Workflow Management :
- Define, implement, and enforce Git workflows and branching strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on architecture, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Manage domain configurations and SSL certificates to support secure and performant deployments.
Governance & Reliability :
- Ensure all infrastructure is secure, resilient, and performance-optimized.
- Participate in regular team syncs, retrospectives, and knowledge sharing sessions.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Strong expertise in AWS services : Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudFront.
- Experience with CloudWatch and New Relic for observability and performance monitoring.
- Strong understanding of Git workflows and branching strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS security and networking best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional and client-facing environments.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in API development and backend services.
- Hands-on experience with Kinesis Firehose/Snowflake integrations.
- Familiarity with OpsGenie ing and incident management configurations.
- Understanding of DNS management, domain configurations, and certificate lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of container orchestration tools such as ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes.
- Exposure to incident response processes and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience working directly with client stakeholders in Agile/DevOps environments.
