Job Description :

- Kaizens Senior AWS DevOps Engineer will be responsible for the strategy, design, development, and implementation of large-scale projects in Amazon Web Services

- The ideal candidate is experienced in cloud-based tech, with a firm grasp of emerging technologies, platforms, and applications, and ability to customize them to help our business become more secure and efficient

- Extensive knowledge of cloud maintenance, experience managing staff, and advanced industry knowledge is key to keeping us on the cutting edge

- Work in tandem with our software development team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the company

- Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance

- Provide guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to development teams to build cloud competencies

- Implement and support technology stacks for various engineering projects leveraging continuous integration and delivery

- Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of cod equality and thoughtful design

- Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle for AWS solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance

- Work with the product teams to ensure that the solutions being worked on are in accordance with their requirements

- Ensure the highest level of data security to protect our clients information assets

- Support and be an integral member of the IT team

- Design, implement, and manage AWS Landing Zones using AWS Control Tower or AWS Organizations for multi-account and multi-region environments.

- Set up foundational AWS services such as VPC, IAM, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, and AWS Config in alignment with security best practices and governance controls.

- Ensure that Landing Zone deployment follows AWS we'll-Architected Framework to ensure security, performance efficiency, cost optimization, reliability, and operational excellence.

- Configure AWS Service Catalog and AWS Service Control Policies (SCPs) to streamline service usage and enforce compliance in the Landing Zone.

Required Skills Qualifications :

- AWS Certifications : Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, DevOps Engineer, or similar.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, etc)

- Terraform expertise for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) management.

- Proficient in CI/CD tools (Harness, Jenkins, GitLab).

- Strong knowledge of CloudFormation and AWS Config for compliance.

- Experience with AWS Control Tower and SCPs for multi-account management.

- Familiar with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Splunk, or Datadog.

- Security best practices and tools like IAM, KMS, WAF, and GuardDuty.

- Experience in cost optimization using AWS tools.
