Senior DevOps Engineer - AWS Infrastructure

About the Opportunity :

Were seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and scaling of secure infrastructure in the AWS cloud.

Youll be responsible for ensuring our applications and data workflows run smoothly and efficiently, with a strong focus on Linux and Bash scripting expertise.

The ideal candidate will bring solid computer science fundamentals, deep experience managing Linux systems, hands-on knowledge of automation, and a track record of building robust cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with engineering teams to design, manage, and scale AWS infrastructure.

Key Requirements :

- 4+ years of professional experience in DevOps roles.

- Strong computer science fundamentals and proven programming ability.

- Deep expertise in Linux administration (mandatory).

- Proficiency in Bash scripting (mandatory); Ruby or Python scripting experience is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.) or similar cloud platforms.

- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).

- Strong understanding of networking, DNS, and load balancing.

- Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with data workflows or ETL pipelines.
