Senior DevOps Engineer - AWS

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing infrastructure team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud systems that support critical business operations. You'll work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver impactful infrastructure solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and create technical roadmaps.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across AWS and Linux-based infrastructure.

- Design and implement scalable and secure cloud-native solutions.

- Build and maintain high-availability, low-latency systems leveraging AWS services.

- Drive best practices in containerization and Kubernetes architecture on AWS.

- Implement cloud security measures using industry-leading tools and standards.

- Develop infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform and Ansible.

- Lead CI/CD pipeline setup and enhancements using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.

- Monitor, log, and optimize system performance and reliability.

- Work cross-functionally with engineering and architecture teams to evolve infrastructure strategy.

Requirements :

- 8-12 years of proven experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.

- Strong expertise in Linux/UNIX system administration and networking fundamentals.

- Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python) and automation.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2 VPC, S3 Lambda, etc.).

- Experience with configuration management and IAC tools : Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

- Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

- Exposure to CI/CD concepts and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.

- Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- AWS or Kubernetes certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, CKA/CKAD).

- Experience working with distributed systems at scale.

- Familiarity with cost optimization strategies in AWS.

- Exposure to agile/scrum methodologies.
