Role Overview:

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will serve as a technical anchor for our infrastructure and deployment strategies in our Pune and Hyderabad offices. You will work closely with cross-functional development and security teams to architect, automate, and maintain scalable cloud environments. Your primary focus will be on optimizing the software delivery lifecycle, ensuring that our platforms remain resilient, secure, and performant as we continue to scale our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to accelerate release cycles and improve deployment reliability for global product teams.

- Design and implement infrastructure-as-code solutions using CloudFormation to ensure consistent, repeatable environment provisioning across AWS regions.

- Orchestrate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes to maximize resource utilization and application uptime.

- Integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle by implementing DevSecOps protocols to proactively identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.

- Manage and optimize Snowflake DB configurations to support high-performance data analytics and reporting requirements for internal stakeholders.

- Lead the migration and modernization of legacy infrastructure to cloud-native architectures to enhance system scalability and reduce operational overhead.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex AWS cloud environments with a focus on cost-optimization and high availability.

- Proven ability to build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub, ensuring seamless integration and deployment workflows.

- Strong proficiency in container orchestration and management using Kubernetes and Docker in production-grade environments.

- Hands-on experience in automating infrastructure deployments using CloudFormation and managing data warehouse performance within Snowflake DB.

- Ability to champion DevSecOps principles, embedding automated security testing and compliance checks into the development pipeline.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable strategies for diverse engineering teams.

- A minimum of 9 to 12 years of professional experience in DevOps engineering, ideally within a fast-paced, enterprise-level environment.

- Strong problem-solving aptitude and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, collaborating effectively across distributed teams in Pune and Hyderabad.
