Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enabling reliable software delivery through automation, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP and/or AWS

- Build and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment workflows

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates

- Manage and optimize production-grade distributed systems and data pipelines

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance of applications and services

- Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance controls (ISO 27001)

- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and security teams to improve release velocity and reliability

- Monitor system health using observability tools and proactively address performance issues

- Develop automated incident response and alerting mechanisms

- Support audits and compliance requirements in regulated environments (e.g., finance)

- Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices across teams

- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident resolution efforts

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles

- Strong expertise with GCP and/or AWS services (compute, networking, storage, IAM)

- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools : Terraform, Bicep, ARM

- Deep understanding of CI/CD tools and methodologies (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)

- Experience managing data pipelines and distributed systems in production

- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell

- Hands-on experience in regulated industries (finance preferred)

- Exposure to ISO 27001 compliance frameworks and security controls

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration

- Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Cloud Monitoring)

- Experience implementing automated alerting and incident response workflows
