Compensation :15L ?35L INR + 0.02% - 0.14% Equity (Flexible Cash/Equity Split)
Role Summary :
We are an agentic AI platform for financial services, backed by Y Combinator and leading global investors. As a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer, you will be a foundational member of the team, responsible for evolving our V1 infrastructure into a massive-scale, enterprise-grade platform. We are looking for high-accountability "doers" who can manage complex AI and communication infrastructure while optimizing for cost and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Scalable Infrastructure : Manage and auto-scale a complex platform deployed on AWS using Kubernetes (EKS) and Terraform.
- AI & Media Ops : Deploy and scale high-performance infrastructure for WebRTC servers, PSTN gateways, and STT/TTS/LLM deployments.
- Cost Optimization : Continually right-size components and optimize cloud architecture to ensure cost-efficient scaling.
- Monitoring & Security : Manage and scale open-source monitoring tools and integrate robust open-source security tooling across the stack.
- Technical Stack- : Support a backend built on TypeScript and Python (AI Agents) with a React frontend.
Required Qualifications :
- Platform Expertise: 6+ years of experience with a mandatory mastery of AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Startup Pedigree: Proven track record of building systems from 0 to 1 or 1 to 10 in early/growth-stage environments.
- AI/ML Familiarity: Mandatory exposure to AI/ML and LLMs, including prompt engineering and using AI-assisted coding tools.
- Execution Bias: An extremely strong bias toward action and a history of scaling production systems from scratch.
