Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced KIBO OMS Developer with strong expertise in order management, e-commerce integrations, and order lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing, customizing, and integrating KIBO Commerce and Order Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions using KIBO Order Management System.

- Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, including order capture, validation, fulfillment, shipment, cancellation, returns, and refunds.

- Develop and maintain integrations between KIBO OMS and e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, payment gateways, warehouse management systems, and shipping providers.

- Work with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration services to enable seamless data exchange.

- Troubleshoot order processing issues and optimize OMS workflows.

- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and other developers to deliver OMS solutions.

- Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Ensure system performance, scalability, and data consistency across integrated applications.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in software development, e-commerce, order management, or related technologies.

- Strong hands-on experience with KIBO OMS implementation, customization, or support.

- Knowledge of order lifecycle management, distributed order management (DOM), and fulfillment processes.

- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and system integrations.

- Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language, such as Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript, depending on the KIBO implementation.

- Experience integrating OMS with ERP, e-commerce, inventory, warehouse, and shipping systems.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with KIBO Commerce and other e-commerce platforms.

- Knowledge of microservices, cloud-based platforms, and event-driven integrations.

- Experience with Agile methodology, CI/CD, and production support.

- Experience working with enterprise retail or e-commerce clients.
