Job Title : Senior Developer (JDA Dispatcher)

Job Type : B2B Contract (6 Months + Possible extension)

Job Location : LATAM (100% Remote) (Willing to work in Europe Time Zone)

Job Description :

System Development & Enhancements :

- Develop & maintain custom enhancements, interfaces, and extensions within the JDA Dispatcher WMS environment.

- Design & implement system configurations, rules changes and new functionalities to meet evolving business needs.

Implementation & Configuration :

- Participating in the implementation of new JDA Dispatcher systems, including configuring the system based on business requirements and conducting user training.

Integration :

- Working on integrating the JDA Dispatcher WMS with other systems like ERP, TMS, and material handling equipment (MHE).

Troubleshooting :

- Analyzing and troubleshooting technical problems related to the JDA Dispatcher WMS, including performance issues, integration problems, and user-related operational issues.

Documentation :

- Creating and maintaining documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes related to the JDA Dispatcher WMS.

Monitoring & Performance Tuning :

- Monitoring the system's performance, identifying bottlenecks, and tuning the system for optimal performance.

Capacity Planning :

- Planning for future capacity needs of the system and ensuring capability to handle increasing volumes of data and users.

Coordination :

- Collaborating with various teams, including IT, operations, and project teams, to ensure seamless system operations.

Reporting :

- Developing reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.

Required Skills :

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, shell scripting MOCA (a JDA development language), and other relevant technologies.

Analytical Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes.

Communication Skills :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users, stakeholders, and other teams.

Experience with JDA Dispatcher :

- Proven hands-on experience with WMS including configuring, implementing and supporting JDA Dispatcher.

Knowledge of Warehouse Operations :

- Understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and supply chain management.

Experience with Integration Tools :

- Familiarity with integration tools like EDI, APIs, or middleware like MuleSoft or Boomi.

- Experience in testing and installation procedures
