Senior Developer - Full Stack Technologies

Job Description

As a senior developer, youll play a key role in both product execution and technical direction.

Youll :

- Design and implement features end-to-end, from architecture to deployment.

- Lead improvements in system architecture and infrastructure as we scale.

- Optimize our Nuxt 3 (Vue) and Node.js applications for performance and maintainability.

- Support CI/CD, observability, and cloud environments (e.g., Kubernetes, serverless).

- Mentor other developers and share your experience to help the team grow.

Must-haves :

- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer, ideally in a SaaS or product environment.

- Proven experience with TypeScript, Vue/Nuxt, Node.js, and MySQL or similar databases.

- Understanding of application architecture and performance trade-offs.

- Experience scaling apps: caching strategies, background jobs, queuing systems, etc.

- Exposure to infrastructure topics like Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.

- Comfortable working independently and leading initiatives.

- Fluent in English.

- (Dutch is a plus.)

- Available for 32 to 40 hours per week.

- Based in the Netherlands and available to work in-office 23 days a week.

Nice-to-haves :

- Experience with Strapi CMS.

- Familiarity with serverless functions, cloud-native design, and security practices.

- Comfortable with testing (unit, integration, E2E).

- Experience working in a scale-up environment.
