Senior Developer - Celonis

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex process mining and execution management solutions using the Celonis EMS platform.

- Develop and optimize data extraction and transformation logic (ETL/ELT) within Celonis, ensuring data quality and performance.

- Create sophisticated Process Mining analyses, dashboards, and automated action flows within Celonis.

- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for Celonis development, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

- Work extensively with SQL and Celonis's PQL (Process Query Language) for data modeling, transformation, and analysis.

- Integrate Celonis with various source systems (SAP, Oracle, CRM, ERPs) to extract relevant process data.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Celonis data models, analyses, and automations.

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, process consultants, and data architects to define solution strategies and roadmaps.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices for Celonis development and data governance.

- Stay abreast of the latest Celonis features, capabilities, and industry trends to recommend proactive enhancements.

- Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

- 10-17 years of overall IT experience, with a significant portion (ideally 4+ years dedicated) in Celonis EMS platform development and implementation.

- Proven hands-on expertise in Celonis data extraction, data transformation, PQL scripting, and building analyses/dashboards.

- Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and querying.

- Experience with integrating Celonis with various enterprise source systems (SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Oracle, Salesforce).

- Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT concepts, and data modeling principles.

- Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data processing and automation is a significant plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

- Strong understanding of process mining methodologies and their application to business process improvement.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder interaction.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong leadership qualities with a proven track record of guiding development efforts and mentoring team members.

- Immediate availability to join and genuine willingness to relocate to Indore, Bangalore, Pune, or Hyderabad
