Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS (Windows 10/11, Windows Server).

- Set up and manage Microsoft Outlook/Office 365 configurations.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

- Provide support for LAN/WAN/MAN connectivity issues.

- Perform Active Directory (AD) user management, password resets, and group policy troubleshooting.

- Manage software installations, patches, and updates.

- Troubleshoot VPN, Remote Desktop, and Citrix-related issues.

- Ensure proper IT asset management (inventory, tracking, and maintenance).

- Document technical procedures and maintain service logs.

- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

- Provide excellent customer support with clear communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in desktop support/IT support roles.

- Strong expertise in Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Hands-on experience with Outlook/Office 365 setup and troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of LAN/WAN/MAN networking concepts and troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP).

- Ability to troubleshoot hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).

Education/Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in desktop support/IT support roles
