We are seeking a skilled Senior Database Architect & DBA with 4-5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and administering enterprise-grade SQL databases. The role blends strategic database architecture with day-to-day database administration, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability of mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with SQL Server (and preferably Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL), and experienced in high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), automation, and enterprise-scale data management.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- 4-5 years of proven experience as a Database Architect / DBA in enterprise environments.

- Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019/2022) administration and architecture.

- Hands-on experience in backup/recovery, performance tuning, and HA/DR solutions.

- Strong T-SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, triggers, functions).

- Knowledge of cloud databases (Azure SQL, AWS RDS, Azure Managed Instance).

- Familiarity with ETL pipelines (SSIS/ADF), BI tools (SSRS/Power BI) is a plus.

- Exposure to NoSQL / Big Data systems (Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Hadoop) is desirable
