About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our high-performing team.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end data science projects, build advanced ML models, and collaborate closely with business, engineering, and product teams to drive impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead data science projects from problem definition to deployment.

- Build predictive models and optimization solutions for business problems.

- Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

- Drive experimentation (A/B testing, uplift modeling).

- Collaborate with engineering teams for scalable ML systems.

- Mentor junior team members and establish best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Masters/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

- 5+ years of applied Data Science experience with production ML models.

- Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost).

- Proficiency in visualization (Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, Plotly).

- Experience with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and version control (Git).

- Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, CI/CD).

Good to have : NLP, time series forecasting, recommendation systems, Big Data tools (Spark, Hive, Presto).
