About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning and generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in large-scale data processing, model design, and production-grade ML systems using modern tools and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-End ML Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML models and data pipelines for high-volume datasets (billions of records) using PySpark, Spark SQL, and Databricks/AWS environments.

ML Workflow Automation :

- Build and automate real-time ML workflows, leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, and ECR for Dockerized deployments and model monitoring.

Generative AI & LLM Systems :

- Develop and fine-tune Generative AI and LLM-based applications including data management layers, LLM agents, and advanced prompt engineering and evaluation methods.

Modeling & Research :

- Apply and optimize classical and deep learning algorithms (Tree-based models, CNN, LSTM, Transformers) using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Lead a small team of data scientists/ML engineers, guide technical execution, and foster a collaborative problem-solving culture.

- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to translate analytical insights into measurable business outcomes.

Performance Monitoring :

- Establish best practices for model validation, A/B testing, and performance tracking across deployed ML solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 9 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.

- Strong programming skills in Python and PySpark.

- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

- Expertise in AWS or Databricks for building and deploying large-scale ML solutions.

- Practical knowledge of Generative AI and LLM-based systems.

- Strong understanding of data engineering, feature pipelines, and model deployment frameworks.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
