Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist with 710 years of industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling, with a proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end development and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning models.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify business challenges and formulate data-driven solutions.
- Design and implement scalable data science solutions using structured and unstructured data.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation.
- Translate complex analytical outputs into actionable insights for business leaders.
- Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and software developers for seamless integration of models into production.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI/ML, data science tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications :
- Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
- 7 to 10 years of professional experience in data science or machine learning roles.
- Proficiency in Python and/or R; strong experience with libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Strong experience with SQL and data manipulation in large datasets.
- Hands-on experience deploying models to production using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning algorithms, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience working with big data tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or Hive is a plus.
