Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute end-to-end machine learning projectsfrom research and experimentation to deployment in production.

- Conduct in-depth research, stay updated on the latest advancements, and translate cutting-edge ideas into real-world solutions.

- Read, evaluate, and implement research papers, especially in the Generative AI and deep learning domains.

- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and interns through project execution and best practices.

- Design, develop, and optimize ML and deep learning models to solve complex business problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data into insights and models into scalable products.

- Contribute to technical decision-making and drive innovation within the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles.

- Strong foundation in Statistics, Probability, and ML fundamentals.

- Advanced proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with data science workflows.

- Practical expertise with ML/DL libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.

- Strong understanding of ML algorithmsLinear/Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Gradient Descent, SVMs, etc.

- Deep experience with Transformer architectures and working with Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Hands-on experience with LLM application frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.

- Proven ability to implement theoretical models into clean, production-ready code.

- Demonstrated experience delivering high-impact, end-to-end AI/ML solutions.
