Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior Data Scientist to build and deploy advanced machine learning and AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in statistical modeling, hands-on experience with modern ML techniques, and exposure to NLP and Generative AI, including LLM-based applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models for real-world business problems

- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and data preprocessing

- Apply advanced statistical modeling and hypothesis testing techniques

- Build predictive models using algorithms such as Random Forest, XGBoost, CatBoost, and LightGBM

- Work on NLP and unstructured data, including text analytics and LLM-based use cases

- Design and implement Generative AI solutions (Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, RAG pipelines)

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business problems into data solutions

- Deploy and manage models on cloud platforms (GCP)

- Ensure code quality using version control (Git) and best practices

- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to clients and business teams

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Data Science and Machine Learning

- Expertise in Statistical Modeling, Hypothesis Testing, EDA, and Feature Engineering

- Hands-on experience with Random Forest, XGBoost, CatBoost, LightGBM

- Proficiency in Python and SQL

- Experience working with NLP, Unstructured Data, and Large Language Models (LLMs)

- Exposure to Generative AI techniques including Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, and RAG

- Experience with GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Storage)

- Familiarity with Git/version control systems

- Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in deploying scalable ML solutions in production environments

- Understanding of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management

- Exposure to multi-cloud environments or other cloud platforms is a plus
