- Build and enhance data science and AI capabilities within Interscope.ai, including analytics, insights, and intelligent automation features.

- Design and deliver custom data science and ML solutions for Bridgera clients based on specific business use cases.

- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.

- Develop machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, and anomaly detection.

- Apply Generative AI and LLM-based techniques (embeddings, RAG, prompt engineering) to enable contextual insights and intelligent workflows within Interscope.ai and client tools.

- Build and maintain data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.

- Perform data exploration, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.

- Deploy models into production environments and support monitoring, retraining, and performance improvements.

- Contribute to solution walkthroughs and discussions with clients by explaining model outputs and analytical insights.

Required Technical Skills :

Programming & Data :

- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL

- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn

Machine Learning & Analytics :

- Supervised and unsupervised learning techniques

- Time-series analysis and forecasting

- Feature engineering and model evaluation

Deep Learning & Generative AI :

- Experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch

- Exposure to LLMs, embeddings, and Generative AI

- Familiarity with RAG pipelines, LangChain, or similar frameworks

Data Engineering & Platforms :

- Experience working with large datasets

- Familiarity with PySpark / Databricks

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases

MLOps & Deployment :

- Experience building APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks

- Exposure to Docker and CI/CD pipelines

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
