About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist who can work on complex business problems using advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling.

This role involves owning data science initiatives end-to-end and partnering closely with business and leadership teams to drive data-driven decisions.

What Youll Do :

- Design and build predictive models (churn, segmentation, attribution, forecasting).

- Work on large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.

- Apply machine learning techniques to solve real-world business problems.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

- Lead data science projects from problem definition to deployment.

- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices.

- Present insights clearly using visualizations and storytelling.

What Were Looking For :

Must-Have Skills :

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Data Science / Advanced Analytics.

- Strong hands-on experience with Python.

- Solid experience in predictive modeling and machine learning.

- Advanced SQL skills (large-scale data analysis).

- Strong understanding of business analytics.

- Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure acceptable).

Good-to-Have :

- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Data Studio).

- Exposure to Generative AI / Agentic AI (projects, POCs, internal tools).

- Experience mentoring or leading junior team members.

- Background in customer, marketing, or product analytics.
