Sr. Data Scientist

Location : Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Must-Have : Experience with Python, SQL and ML Libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and NLP models for business use cases.

- Work with Python, SQL, and advanced ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) to build robust AI solutions.

- Develop, fine-tune, and implement LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, etc.) using frameworks like LangChain.

- Leverage Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Studio for model development, deployment, and monitoring.

- Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.

- Evaluate, optimize, and monitor models for performance, scalability, and fairness.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in GenAI, LLMOps, and applied machine learning.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6- 9 years of experience in data science and machine learning.

- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.

- Deep experience with ML/DL libraries: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.

- Hands-on expertise in LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, etc.) and LangChain for building generative AI solutions.

- Strong experience with Azure AI platforms (AI Foundry, AI Studio).

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and model evaluation metrics.

- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end ML projects in production.

Good to Have :

- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and model governance.

- Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases.

- Exposure to large-scale data pipelines and distributed computing
