Job Title : Senior Data Scientist

Location : Pune (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities :

- Generative AI Expertise : Apply and experiment with Generative AI techniques and frameworks, such as Transformers and LangChain, to create innovative solutions.

- Research & Innovation : Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML. Conduct research on state-of the-art methods and apply them to real-world problems to drive business value.

- Data Analysis : Analyze large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights, identify patterns, and optimize model performance.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with data engineers, product managers, and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure the seamless integration of models.

- MLOps & Deployment : Develop and maintain scalable AI pipelines for efficient model training, testing, and deployment. Ensure high-quality documentation, reproducibility, and governance for all machine learning models.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Must Have : Strong expertise in Python programming.

- Must Have : Hands-on experience with deep learning algorithms and frameworks.

- Must Have : A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Generative AI projects.

- Familiarity with Generative AI models, techniques, and frameworks such as Transformers and LangChain.

- Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical abilities.

Good to Have Skills :

- Familiarity with MLOps practices and pipelines for automation and governance.

- Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with NLP, LLMs, and other advanced AI techniques.
